Toni Tomlin
Clinical Director & Registered Psychologist
Toni Tomlin brings over 30 years of experience as a registered psychologist to her role as Clinical Director at Colour My World Therapy Services. Her background encompasses a wide range of psychological practices, with significant contributions to various educational and therapeutic settings. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Master of Business Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Autism Diagnosis from the University of Western Australia.
Toni’s expertise extends to working closely with clients dealing with autism and ADHD, where she channels her passion for understanding and assisting those who are neurodivergent. Her approach is client-centred, focusing on understanding each individual’s unique challenges and strengths to provide tailored support and guidance.
Beyond her clinical work, Toni’s leadership and commitment to the field have shaped the values and direction of our organisation. Her dedication to enhancing the lives of her clients is evident in every aspect of her practice, from therapy sessions to her role in guiding our team.

Issy Bailey
Registered Psychologist
Issy completed her Bachelor of Psychology at Curtin University and has experience working across a range of settings, including psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation services, community programs and private practice. She works with children, adolescents and adults, supporting people to develop practical strategies for wellbeing and build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values.
Issy has a warm, collaborative style and aims to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. She draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, with a particular interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices and strength-focused interventions.
Issy has experience supporting neurodivergent clients, including individuals with ADHD, and is passionate about tailoring support to meet each person’s unique strengths, needs and goals. She also brings insight from her background in high-performance sport and coaching, and enjoys helping people navigate challenges in education, work, sport and everyday life.

Cicely Binford
Speech Pathologist
Cicely is not only a talented clinician with a Master’s in Speech Pathology, but she also brings a deeply personal, lived understanding of neurodivergence to everything she does. As someone who is ADHD with a PDA profile, Cicely uses her experience to shape therapy that is authentic, compassionate, and empowering.
With a background in theatre and performing arts, Cicely brings creativity, flexibility, and joy into every child-led session. She works with children who are Autistic, ADHD, PDA, and those who use Gestalt Language Processing (GLP/NLA) – creating a space where every child feels safe, seen, and celebrated.
Currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Autism Diagnosis at UWA and recently featured on the Speech Pathology Australia Speak Up podcast, Cicely is all about neuro-affirming, inclusive practice that supports kids to communicate with confidence, self-advocate with pride and live joyfully and true to themselves

Sarah Thorn
Provisional Psychologist
Sarah is currently completing her Master of Professional Psychology at La Trobe University, after graduating with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from UWA. She is on track to become a fully registered psychologist next year and brings a warm, compassionate and thoughtful approach to therapy.
Sarah takes a neuroaffirming approach and has a strong understanding of autism, ADHD and PDA. She works collaboratively with clients and families to support individual strengths, emotional wellbeing and meaningful progress. She has supported children, teens and adults with a wide range of mental health and behavioural needs, and is committed to creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard and supported.
Sarah also has experience working within the NDIS, including supporting clients with behaviour support needs, and is able to see self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants at Colour My World.
