Colour My World Therapy Services (CMWTS) is a family run business providing individual psychology services for children, adolescents, and adults.

We aim to provide families and individuals with a safe and comfortable environment in which to explore their concerns and get the best out of the assessment process.

Our psychology service is confidential and respectful of your needs, circumstances, and culture.

You might even be lucky enough to meet one of our therapy animals when you come to visit, Ellie the dog and Bob our pet fish.

Toni Tomlin Clinical Director

Toni Tomlin has over 25 years experience as registered psychologist.

Toni has worked as a psychologist for independent and catholic schools and formally worked as co – Lead Psychologist at AISWA (Association of Independent Schools of WA). 

Toni is able to administer and interpret the Wechsler suite of assessment tools, the NEPSY, Woodcock Johnson tests as well as appropriate rating scales such as the Conners 3rd Edition, BASC 2 and BRIEF.

Toni also is able to perform Autism diagnostics and counselling for children, adolescents and adults.

Roger Coghill Registered Psychologist

Roger is a registered Psychologist and trained Primary School Teacher with a varied employment history. Born and educated in Darwin. After completing studies in Psychology, he took up a position with Anglicare NT, supporting homeless young people. During this time, he became the Northern Territory Representative to Canberra, on National Homeless issues.

He has coordinated an Alternative Education Program for disengaged youth. For the past 17 years Roger has worked as a school Psychologist with The Department of Education, now a Senior Consultant Psychologist with AISWA (Association of Independent Schools of WA), School Psychology service. 

Roger currently provides psychological consultancy to several non-government metro schools along with several remote Aboriginal Community Schools. Roger also delivers professional development in Youth Mental Health First Aid and Gatekeeper Suicide Prevention.

When Roger is not working he enjoys mountain bike riding, kayaking and camping.

Issy Bailey Provisional Psychologist

Issy completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Curtin University and has worked in many mental skills areas as a Psychologist (Provisional) including psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation, community, and sport focused settings. With a deep passion for sport and mindfulness, Issy thrives on helping athletes and other performance focused individuals in achieving their best in sport, education, work and life.

Throughout Issy’s younger years she invested over 10 years in training and playing tennis from the age of 5 to 18. She has represented Western Australia in tennis and played professionally throughout her years and even trained over in France!

This high-performance environment, as well as her experiences as a coach, helped build a solid awareness of what mental skills are needed to perform at ones best!

Through her volunteering roles and her work as a provisional psychologist, Issy has experience supporting children, adolescents and adults. Issy can assist you find practical skills to improve your wellbeing, or she can create a safe space for you to share your experiences so you can feel heard and supported. Issy also has a keen interest in helping you increase your motivation to achieve goals, assisting in managing emotions and helping you get closer to living a purposeful life.
